All notable changes to @departmnt/ui are recorded here. This project follows Semantic Versioning.

Added

  • Three-tier token source of truth (tokens/tokens.json): global, brand, component.
  • Brand modes seeded from the live client repos: neutral (base), departmnt, hlls.
  • Token build pipeline (scripts/build-tokens.js) that emits tokens.css with :root globals, per-[data-brand] blocks, and resolved component aliases.
  • cn() class-name utility (lib/cn.ts, wraps clsx).
  • Root barrel (index.ts) and tsup build config producing the five subpath bundles declared in package.json exports, plus a bundled styles.css.

Notes

  • GitHub Packages authentication, the publish workflow, and the docs/preview site are still pending (owned by the developer). The package builds and type-checks today.
